Angelina Gracy Sookoo-Bobb graduated from Hugh Wooding Law School on the Principal's Honour Roll in October 2010. She obtained her LLB from the University of The West Indies (Cave Hill Campus) in June 2008. Angelina was appointed a Notary Public in October 2017 by the Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court. She is called to the Bars of Trinidad & Tobago (her country of birth) and Saint Kitts & Nevis. She appears in the Magistrate's Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Judicial Committee of the Privy Council to represent her client's interests. Angelina is one of the few attorneys at law in the OECS practising in the niche area of election law. She has carved a name for herself in complexed precedent building litigation matters either as advocate or instructing counsel. She is also a passionate advocate for human rights, in particular the abolition of the death penalty in the Greater Caribbean and the empowerment of women and girls.
